CNA Status: While the owner is a New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the use of this website does not create a formal caregiver-patient relationship.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Josie’s Senior Home Care provides non-medical home care services, which may include companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Specific service terms, including hours and compensation, will be governed by a separate, signed Service Agreement.
Professional Qualification: Services are provided by a NYS-certified CNA. All care is delivered within the CNA Scope of Practice as defined by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Josie’s Senior Home Care operates as an independent provider. Clients are advised that specific New York labor and tax laws may apply if care is contracted privately. A separate Service Agreement must be signed before services begin.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Josie’s Senior Home Care and are protected by US laws.
Otherwise Josie's Senior Home Care have collected permission to use images on their website, which belong to their rightful owners.
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
